| Reservations: | ||||||||||
| Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total stay plus a $50.00 damage deposit, at the time the reservation is made. Deposits may be made with credit card, money order, or Travelers Check. Personal checks will be accepted if received at least 30 days in advance of reservation date. Personal checks must clear before arrival. The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card when you arrive.You may arrange to pay your final bill by travelers check. You will receive a reservation conformation notice, upon receipt of your deposit. Rates are subject to a 9.7% sales tax. | ||||||||||

| You may check in after 3:00 P.M. Check out time is 10:00 A.M. If you need to be early or very late, please let us know and we will work with you. You will receive instructions about the location of the key and directions to the Golden Bear at Shadow Pines. We are here to help make your stay with us a memorable one. We want you to have a pleasant vacation! | ||||||||||
| Occupancy: | ||||||||||
| The Golden Bear sleeps a maximum of 6 people. If you exceed the maximum number of people allowed in either condo you will loose your damage deposit and you will be charged 20.00 per person over the limit. Our purpose is to provide an attractive, comfortable, clean, and well-maintained home for you to enjoy while visiting Estes Park, so please treat the condo kindly! | ||||||||||
| Cancellation Policy: | ||||||||||
| All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit, less $50.00 will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will require payment of the full amount of the entire reserved stay. We will work with you to change your reservation, for the same number of days, at another time, at no further cost. Sorry, no refunds for early departure. | ||||||||||
| No Show: | ||||||||||
| In the case of “no show”, the entire booked reservation will be charged minus the 50% deposit already received. | ||||||||||
| Pets: | ||||||||||
Pets are welcome at the Golden Bear! We have a newl fenced yard for your pet. The number of pets are limited to 1 large breed animal or 2 small breed animals. You will be charged for any damage your pet causes to the condo in accordance with the amount of damage caused. We want to continue to provide this service for you and your "best friend" so PLEASE control your animal. We do appreciate your taking the time to clean up after your pet before you leave. |
